Autoclave Vertical

Autoclave Vertical Deluxe
The construction is as per vertical autoclave designed to meet the Quality of any international standard. The lid & locking system is designed in such a way to be handled by a square handle at top. All the locking system and lid is made of Thick Gun Metal duly chrome plated. The outer is made of square Shape. Water level & pressure is locked in an enclosure. The castor wheels are provided at the bottom. Supplied with complete IQ,OQ & PQ documentation.
Autoclave Cylindrical Horizontal
- Double / Triple walled unit horizontally mounted on a sturdy, heavy.
- Both inner chamber and outer wall made of Stainless Steel 304/316.
- Pressure is adjustable from 5-22 psi upgrade upto 30 psi.
- Fitted with pressure gauge, safety valve and steam release valve.
- Available with separate boiler.
- For units fitted with S.S. Boiler, separate valves for injecting the steam into the main chamber and releasing the steam in atmosphere after use are provided.
- Fitted with Automatic Pressure Control Switch.
- Fitted with Dial thermometer to indicate the inner chamber.
Autoclave Rectangular Horizontal
Construction Robust and rugged all weld construction which is leak proof unlike riveted construction. Inner chamber is made of thick plate of stainless steel of 304/316 quality and jacket is made out of rolled steel.
Sterilizers will have single door made out of rolled steel lined with STAINLESS STEEL. sheet on both sides.
All the sterilizers are hydraulically tested to withstand 2.5 times the working pressure.
Autoclave Table Top

Mortuary Chamber
The inner chamber is made of heavy guage stainless steel of SS-304 grade or anodized aluminum sheet or G.I (as per the customer's requirements).
The 100mm gap between the walls is filled high grade poly uretherane insulation, which ensures maximum thermal efficiency.
Outer panels of all our mortuary chambers are made of galvanized sheets having a superior bacteria resistance film coating for greater hygiene.
